  1. Saving time. Remote video consultation allows you to get a doctor’s advice without leaving your home. The patient does not need to spend time traveling and waiting for an appointment.
  2. Accessibility. Communication between a doctor and a patient at a distance is especially relevant nowadays, when many people are abroad or in other cities. They get the opportunity to consult with a doctor at a convenient time from anywhere in the world without queues and waiting.
  3. Comfortable communication format. You receive medical advice from a doctor online via video communication.

SPECIALISTS PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ONLINE SERVICES:

  1. Initial online consultation – if you need a consultation with a specialist you have not yet seen. During the consultation, you describe your problem, the doctor asks clarifying questions and gives you an idea of the possible diagnosis, diagnostic methods and treatment regimens.
    Please note that in some cases, the doctor cannot make an accurate diagnosis without an ocular examination and additional diagnostics, but only a preliminary one. As a result of the consultation, preliminary recommendations for examination and preventive measures will be determined.
  2. Repeated online consultation – if you need a consultation with a doctor you have previously had an in-person appointment with. The doctor will advise on the results of the examination or treatment that was previously prescribed by the doctor in person.
  3. Online consultation “Second Opinion” – if you need an alternative opinion on your health condition.

During the consultation, the doctor will conduct an in-depth analysis of all the medical documentation provided – test results, expert opinions, and prescribed treatment. And based on the available information, he will make his conclusion and provide recommendations.

HOW THE RECEPTION GOES

We use Viber or Telegram messenger in the format of video communication.

If you are concerned about any skin problems or neoplasms, you need to send a photo in advance. The photo should be clear, in good light, up close, from several angles.
If you need a consultation with a gynecologist or urologist, you need to send your doctor’s advisory opinions, test results, or ultrasound, if you have them.

An online consultation is available upon advance payment and lasts up to 30 minutes. Payment is made in advance – no later than 4 hours before the start of the video call. If you cancel the appointment, we will refund the money in full.
